Rana Moussawel

Director and Educational Leader

Has over 25 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education Industry and holds her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. With a strong passion for children in early learning and a commitment to meeting the highest standards of the National Quality Framework.

Working in the Early Childhood Education sector for the last two-decade as a children services trainer and assessor, through her studies, many years of experience and passion for the industry, she has developed a thorough understanding of what it takes to maximise your children’s early learning and development.

Miss Ray

Educator

Ray, who is currently working towards completing her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, brings a vibrant and positive energy to her role.  Ray fosters strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. She is deeply passionate about creating safe, nurturing, and inclusive environments that support children's learning, development, and well-being.

Ray actively contributes to curriculum development, ensuring that programs are engaging, developmentally appropriate, and aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF). She takes a proactive approach to workplace health and safety (WHS), implementing effective risk minimisation strategies and maintaining a compliant and well-organised environment.

Mrs Thi

Educator

Thi has over 10 years of experience working in an Early Learning Centre she enjoys working in a team environment to provide high-quality early childhood education development, learning and care to children. Thi has a passion to ensures all practices are in accordance with the NQF and reflect the philosophy, policies and procedures of the service.

Miss Fatima

Educator

Fatima Supports children's health and well-being by actively role-modeling care routine practices, including hygiene, nutrition, and physical activity, to promote healthy habits and independence. She assists with daily routines and rituals, creating a structured yet flexible environment that helps children feel secure and valued. Her approach ensures that every child’s individual needs are met, fostering a sense of belonging and consistency in their daily experiences.

Miss Dalya

Educator

Dalya is deeply passionate about working with children, dedicating her efforts to fostering their emotional, psychological, and physical well-being. She possesses strong skills in observing and assessing children's developmental needs and is highly proficient in providing targeted support and guidance to enhance their learning and overall development.

Dalya demonstrates a thorough understanding of children's health and well-being, exemplified by her ability to role model effective care practices. She actively engages in implementing care routines, assisting with daily rituals, and fostering a nurturing environment that prioritizes children’s needs.

Her expertise extends to developing and delivering child-focused curriculum programs, ensuring alignment with the National Quality Framework (NQF). Dalya is committed to planning and implementing activities that support holistic development while maintaining compliance with educational and developmental standards. Her dedication and professional approach make her an asset in any early childhood education setting.

With a deep love for working with children, Jannatul approaches her work with unwavering dedication and a strong sense of responsibility, ensuring that every child in her care feels valued, safe, and supported.

Jannatul is passionate about fostering an environment where children can thrive, grow, and explore their unique potential. She takes pride in creating engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that encourage learning through play while supporting children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
